What's New in 2006New spec homes have been started and the previous one has been sold. Our products page has many examples. In the meantime we are working on other Spec Homes for general public viewing and are for sale by builder. Falcon Cove is officially complete with all lots sold with new homes on each. The showroom is complete. The showroom is used as a tool to help you, the homeowner, to design and decide on the choices for your home at one location. Our goal is to help minimize the time spent going to several vendors for product selections and to also speed up the initial design process. Falcon Cove, an exclusive Yoder Custom Built Homes sub-division is just south of US 33 and County Road 33, east of Benton. It is just 1/3 mile on the West side of the road on County Road 33. No lots are for sale but a home does occasionally come up for sale. Call us so that we can investigate the possibilities of designing a home for you. The cost for our custom homes is no more than what other builders charge for their plat homes. Our design expertise takes hours off the normal design process, if you have a design in mind already, the process is half way done. We can provide internet resources or books of plans for you to review if you are unsure of a design. We are also mechanical, structural and electrical engineering for true design build for high end, or light commercial. You will be happily surprised at what expertise we can bring to the table!
